Cyber Center Computer Superstore

Chris (center) and his crew at Cyber Center have facilitated donations for reconditioning and stripping for parts for over a year now. The business is a custom computer shop specializing in repair, upgrade and custom new servers and pc's. Cyber Center also has a nice gaming center and restaurant to go with it now, and is a great place to just have fun or to put on game events.

They are also a supplier for me of both new and low hour used parts for refurbished machines. When they get a lot of low hour stuff in I always get a call from someone letting me know of any specials they may have to help me and to help the #cancer-survivors project.

I pick up used machines from them for the project once and sometimes twice a week. They have helped us a lot and are the place to go for some outstanding custom work. Any custom work I do now is family and friends, the rest of my time goes to the support groups.

The rest I refer to Cyber Center. So we help each other every way that we can. When I go in there or anyone really they are greeted warmly by the employees there, and all of them treat people like they are glad to see them and help them. When you go into that business it's like going to see family, because of the way you're treated.

They offer simple solutions, upgrades and repairs sometimes just helping rather then selling. People go back to Cyber Center for that reason. Whether its a phone call with a windows question or whether you need more intensive repair, they will help you promptly.

Chris hires good people and anytime someone is new there or has been in the past they have always introduced themselves to me to get things on a first name basis as soon as possible. They treat everyone like that.

Here is an example: On two occasions friends had servers go down and needed new ones up and running Monday morning. I went to Cyber Center and they made real sure that I had everything that I needed to get the job done and done fast and at 8am Monday morning both servers were on line and have not been down since and this was nearly a year ago. Just recently I built another server and of course Cyber Center was right there with all the critical parts that I didn't have.

It's hard to say enough about a business that takes customer service to this level. I buy everything I need locally if at all possible because of the attitude, price, friendship and the customer care at Cyber Center.

Not only myself but our support groups and the people in them count on our relationship with Cyber Center to last forever. They have helped us reach new goals in our donation project and they are very competitive on both wholesale and retail levels.
